These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NOCO Design/Build website (the "Site") and your engagement of our construction, remodeling, and related services. 3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our contact form, by phone, or during in-person consultations are based on the information available at the time and are provided for general planning purposes only. They are not a binding offer or contract. Final pricing is established in a written agreement executed before construction begins.

NOCO Design/Build offers a fixed, upfront pricing model. Any changes to the scope of work after the agreement is signed are documented in a written change order and agreed upon by both parties before the additional work is performed. We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

4. SMS and Communications Consent

Our contact form includes two separate, optional SMS consent checkboxes. Checking these boxes is entirely voluntary and is not required to submit your inquiry.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Submitting the contact form without checking either checkbox does not enroll you in SMS messaging and does not affect the processing of your inquiry.

5. Third-Party Links and Services
